Lisa’s Appraisal Process

  • Get in touch and Lisa will arrange a time to visit your property. She’ll ask a little about your plans and what you’d like to understand, whether a move is coming up or you’re simply curious about its value.

  • Lisa will walk through your property with you, noting its layout, condition, improvements and individual features. It’s also a chance to point out the things you love about living there and ask any questions.

  • Lisa will review relevant recent sales, current competing properties and market conditions. She’ll use that information, alongside the property visit, to prepare an informed appraisal.

  • Lisa will explain the likely selling range and the evidence behind it. If selling is on your mind, she’ll also discuss timing, presentation and the selling approach she recommends for your property.

  • Take the time you need to consider your options. If you’re ready to sell, Lisa can guide you through the next steps. If you’re still exploring, you’ll have more information to help with your plans.
